Debut album “Illimité”

Produced in cooperation with Masters-of-Sounds Records in the Netherlands, this CD reflects the international life journey of Filippova and her perception of what music can do for and with people.

Contemporary music

In November 2016 Filippova performed together with “Bang on a Can All Stars”, the band from New York. Laters, she was invited to the USA to participate at their Summer Festival. This experience opened the artist’s heart to further collaborations with modern composers. 

The Dutch-Mexican composer Juan Felipe Waller composed “Echo Chambers”  for Filippova’s Dutch Classical Talent concert tour.

In April 2019, Nadezda was working together with the Greek composer Vitali Karagkezidis on the piece “YouTude” for the Gaudeamus session.

Dutch Classical Talent

Just 3 months in her new country, Nadezda became a finalist of the prestigious competition Dutch Classical Talent. It was a great opportunity for Filippova to get to know the country and its musical life. Here are some impressions from concerts in Philharmonie Haarlem and Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.

Duo Fidelio

NadezdaFilippova was collaborating with the violinist LuizaLabouriau as Duo Fidelio. The Duo was performing in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. In March 2018 they won the second prize at the International Chamber Music Competition of Pinerolo and Torino.

Villa Musica

For many years Filippova was a fellow of “Villa Musica” foundation in Germany. At chamber music projects of this foundation, she performed a very broad repertoire from the Quintet of W. A. Mozart to the Sextet of K. Penderecki. A. o. she participated at the Master class of P. Eötvös in Budapest as the member of “Villa Musica Ensemble” with works of P. Boulez and F. Donatoni and performed in Dachau in the program “Violins of Hope”.
